HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 4 business days for it to be processed and shipping is done within 2 business days. Once the order is shipped, you can expect it to be delivered within 3-5 more business days depending on your preferred shipping choice.

ARE ALL ITEMS USUALLY RESTOCKED?

• V De Novo wants to bring back the definition of a BOUTIQUE so…no, most items will never restock unless we state otherwise. We STRONGLY suggest to purchase all items that catches your eye before they sell out!

DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTIONS?

• Yes, we do offer pickup options, for CHICAGOLAND area only! All pick up orders must be picked up whithin 72 hours when confirmation of fulfillment is sent. You will also receive a text confirming that your order is ready along with the pickup information. However, if your order is not picked up within the 72hrs that is allowed then you will be charged a shipping fee. Your order will be shipped via our mail courier (USPS) to the address on file.
